- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil or Ghee
- Salt, Red Chilli
- 2 Slice of Brown Bread
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Green Chilli
Cut the onion & green chilies in small pieces
Break the 2 eggs and put into a cup or bowl. Put onion & green chilies into the bowl & Mix it with spoon very well for a minute.
Mix the salt as per your taste and also mix red chilies in to the bowl and again mix it well with the help of spoon
Now, Heat the pan and put 1 teaspoon of oil or ghee on the pan.
Once the pan is hot, put the mix on the pan. make a round shape with the help of spoon
Put the gas on medium heat and wait for a minutes. when the omelette is getting little hard, invert the omelette and when the color of omelette is light brown it means its ready to eat
put the bread of slice on the pan and make it hot. after that cut the omelette into pieces and put on the bread slices..
