Traditional ANZAC Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups - Organic Plain Flour
  • 2 Cups - Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Bown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Butter

Method

  1. Mix all ingedients in a bowl
  2. Heat oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gas 5
  3. Portion biscuits and flatten on a tray, then place in a pre heated oven
  4. Cool on a tray and serve with a glass of milk
